General Questions
What is Good Help?
Good Help Home Services is a home maintenance provider that offers a wide range of services, including lawn care, minor home repairs, cleaning and organization, seasonal upkeep, and more—all from one trusted team. We are then divided into three divisions: Lawn and Landscape Maintenance, Home Cleaning and Organization, and Home Maintenance and Handyman Services. This means we are equipped and prepared to handle just about any problem that may arise in your home.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve all of Lincoln, Waverly, Seward, Milford, and West Omaha. But, we are always looking to expand our service area.
Services & Customization
What services do you offer?
Between our 3 divisions we offer a wide range of services. Our Lawn & Landscape Maintenance crew is equipped to handle lawn mowing, fertilization, gutter cleaning, snow clearing and more. Our Home Cleaning & Organization crew offers one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings. As well as organization services to bring order back to your home. Our Home Maintenance & Handyman Services crew can help with patching drywall, painting, and other small repairs, maintenance, installation items around the home.
What if I need a service that isn’t listed?
Our goal is for you to contact us if anything needs to be done at home. We want you to be able to trust us with the care of your home. With both the small and the big stuff. So even if we don’t list the service you need explicitly, that doesn’t mean we don’t offer it or don’t know a reputable company that can complete it to our high quality standards.
Pricing & Payments
How much does each service cost?
Lawn Mowing starting at $49/mow
Fertilization starting at $49/application
Home Cleaning starting at $180/cleaning
All other services are quoted per job.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
We do have a contract for our Lawn Care customers. The contract is to set expectations between us and our clients. Clients are able to cancel their contract with ease. All other services do not require a contract.
How do I pay for services?
We accept Cash, Check, Card, and Venmo. We charge a 3% card processing fee that is waived if you pay with cash or check within 7 days.
Are there any late fees?
All payments are due upon receipt. A late fee may be applied if not paid within 14 days. Your account will be put on probation and suspended of all further service if payment is not received within 30 days of service. The full balance must be paid off before probation may be lifted and service resumed. Each customer is given one probationary period. If they reach 30 days with no payment a second time, their account is terminated and will be no longer eligible for service in the future. If account is terminated, the customer is still responsible for their remaining balance. This is to protect Good Help and ensure we are able to continue providing high quality service to our paying customers.

Trust is at the core of what we do. We build long-term relationships with our customers, and our Team Leaders are dedicated to providing reliable, professional service. We are not about trying to get your job done as soon as possible. Instead we focus on quality and the respect your home deserves.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
We stand by our work. All complaints will be acknowledged immediately. We will then find the quickest and most reasonable solution that leaves both parties satisfied.
Scheduling & Availability
What if I need to reschedule or skip a service?
No problem! You can reschedule, skip, or adjust services by contacting our team. We just ask that you give us 24-hour notice whenever possible to avoid scheduling conflicts and to allow us to be as efficient as possible.
Do you provide emergency services?
While we primarily focus on scheduled maintenance, we may be able to assist with urgent home needs. Contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.
